At The Flowers Art, every bouquet and arrangement is handcrafted with love and care. Because flowers are fresh and perishable, all purchases are final sale — we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

If, however, your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please reach out to us within 24 hours with a photo, and we’ll be happy to send a replacement arrangement to make it right.

We kindly ask customers to double-check the delivery address and recipient details at checkout, as we can’t be responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.
